We cold infuse all our honey over weeks, so it is not heated in the infusing process. This allows the honey to retain all its natural good properties.

A light and refreshing honey infusion. Great flavours for a range of uses:

• Perfect drizzled over ice cream, pancakes or waffles.
• A wonderful breakfast treat when drizzled over steaming hot porridge on a cold morning.
• Delicious when spread on a thinly sliced piece of pear and topped with a slice of matured cheese
• Absolutely lovely in Green tea or just add a spoonful to hot water for a revitalizing beverage often used to help relieve cold and flu symptoms.
