This kit includes:
- 16 page Guide Booklet – Introduces you to the practice of making nature mandalas and how you use them in mindful meditation, contemplation and/or prayer.
- Starter natural resources – shells, cut gem stone slices, log slices, organic rose petals, branch lengths. You can make a small mandala with these. The Guide Booklet will guide you on your first nature walk to collect other natural elements.
